METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPACT OF SPECIFIC FACTORS ON CHANGES IN THE SUBJECTIVE ROUTINISATION OF THE HABITS UNDER STUDY / МЕТОДИКА ОЦІНКИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ВПЛИВУ ВИЗНАЧЕНИХ ФАКТОРІВ НА ЗМІНУ СУБ'ЄКТИВНОЇ РУТИНИЗАЦІЇ ДОСЛІДЖУЄМИХ ЗВИЧОК

Abstract The article introduces an original methodology for the quantitative assessment of pedagogical influence on the process of habit formation using the SON index (Subconscia Operae Norma). In contrast to classical methods, the proposed algorithm provides not only the measurement of external behavioral manifestations through sociological surveys but also the mathematical formalization of the respondents' subjective perceptions. The approach is based on analyzing the discrepancy between the actual time spent on a specific action and the subjective perception of its sufficiency. The proposed method allows for minimizing errors related to respondent insincerity, predicting behavioral dynamics, and identifying hidden "risk groups." The work includes a description of the research algorithm, the mathematical substantiation of the approach, and an example of its practical application. Анотація У статті представлено авторську методику кількісної оцінки педагогічного впливу на процес формування звичок із використанням індексу SON (Subconscia Operae Norma). На відміну від традиційних підходів, запропонований алгоритм передбачає не лише фіксацію зовнішніх поведінкових проявів, а й математичну формалізацію суб'єктивних установок респондентів. Метод базується на аналізі дисонансу між об'єктивними часовими витратами на певну дію та внутрішнім відчуттям її достатності. Такий підхід дозволяє мінімізувати викривлення даних, зумовлені чинником соціальної бажаності відповідей, прогнозувати поведінкову динаміку та ідентифікувати приховані «групи ризику». Робота містить математичне обґрунтування індексу, покроковий опис алгоритму дослідження та результати його практичної апробації.
