Abstract
This paper defines the 'Katayama Equivalence' (≡ₖ) — an equality sign used not as a mathematical operator but as a declarative symbol of co-universal identity. In the author's theoretical system, = denotes 'things of the same universe,' connecting different manifestations of the same underlying reality. Verbalized for the first time on April 23, 2026, this concept provides the ontological foundation unifying the dual-layer universe theory (Koku Universe / Genki Universe), V=N/D hypothesis, and Gen-Kuuki cosmology.
