Аннотация

The theory of fluctuation levels in disordered systems is elucidated. The main attention is paid to the behavior of the density of states in that spectrum domain where it originates only because of low-probability potential fluctuations. Within the framework of a single approach, all results known at this time which describe the behavior of the density of states in the fluctuation spectrum domain are obtained.
