Аннотация

The effect of intense laser irradiation on the current in N-I-S and N-V-N(S) systems is considered (N is a normal metal, S is a superconductor, I is an insulator and V is a vacuum), in the case of the direct action of irradiation on the N-metal. It is shown that with sufficient intensity of the laser radiation, the effect of “blocking” of the tunnel current on the current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of an N-I-S contact should be observed, over the range of voltages eV≳Ω(Ω is the frequency of the laser radiation). The “activation” structure of the CVC of N-V-N(S) systems also is predicted. The possibility is considered for reconstructing the parameters of a nonequilibrium electron distribution according to the form of the CVC.
