Аннотация
The damping of magnons due to magnon–phonon interaction is investigated. The energy and temperature dependence of the damping of magnons of both branches of the spectrum is studied. It is shown that magnon–phonon interaction involving the lower as well as the upper branch of the spin-wave spectrum plays an important role in magnon damping.
