Phenomenological Lagrangian of spin waves in spatially-disordered media

The structure of the exchange and relativistic spin wave interactions is determined. The relation between the hydrodynamic and phenomenological approaches is established, taking account of the nonlinear interaction of the magnons. A classification of magnetic media according to the properties of the spin operator means is proposed.
