Аннотация
Attention is drawn to the fact that the crystallization-melting wave may be represented as directed motion of a large number of growth steps at the quantum crystal surface. The dynamics of steps is considered, and the effective mass of an individual step is calculated. A correction is found to the dispersion law of Andreev Parshin surface waves.
