Аннотация
A criterion has been obtained for the appearance of a discontinuous nature in the process of plastic deformation in the presence of oscillations of the general deformation of the specimen. It it shown that the presence of oscillations can stimulate the discontinuity of the plastic deformations and substantially raise the temperature of the appearance of the discontinuous deformation.
