Аннотация
The effect of the superconducting transition of the flow stress (ΔτN-S) of zinc single crystals has been investigated under the conditions of basal and pyramidal slip. The temperature dependences of ΔτN-S in the range 0.4 °K to Tc have been determined as have the effect of the dislocation structure on ΔτN-S and the effect of the state on the dislocation structure of the deformed specimen.
