Аннотация

Resistive junctions and the current-voltage characteristics (IVC) of superconducting granular vanadium films are studied. The features observed for T ≤ Tc can be explained by the presence of thermal vortex–antivortex topological excitations in the samples, which is confirmed by studies in uhf fields. The change in the properties of the samples occurs both when the temperature passes through the pairing temperature of such vortices T2D and when the ratio of the coherence length ξ(T) and the average granule size g changes. The dependence of Tc on the normal resistance of samples and low-frequency generation in such fields are also studied.
