Аннотация
The thermal expansion of Ar−CO and Kr−CO solid solutions with a carbon monoxide concentration of 0.5 mol.% has been investigated in the temperature range 1.8−15 K. The contribution of the impurity subsystem to the thermal expansion was separated out. The impurity contribution, which is significant at low temperatures, becomes zero at T ≳12 K. The results obtained are interpreted within the framework of the Manz model, which takes into account the relaxation of the lattice in the vicinity of the impurity molecules.
