Аннотация
The temperature dependence of the yield stress of metal–metalloid glasses is analyzed on the basis of the dynamic model of Bernal–Polk complexes. The experimental data suggest preference should be given to one version of the model, viz., the soft-frame model in which the activation energy of dissociation of complexes is of the order of the melting point of the substance.
