Аннотация

Features of the temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity ϰ(T) of the layered crystal CsDy(MoO4)2 have been studied in the temperature range 30–330 K, which includes structural phase transitions. Possible mechanisms for the origin of the practically temperature-independent behavior of ϰ(T) over a wide temperature range are discussed. A mechanism of coherent phonon scattering by electronic excitations of dysprosium ions in the high-temperature phase (Tc = 42 K) is proposed.
