The current in a superconducting half-space, depending on the frequency and specularity parameter, is calculated by the method of quasiclassical trajectories. The dependence of the imaginary part of the surface impedance on the specularity parameter is found for frequencies less than the gap width. It is shown that the penetration depth and impedance of clean superconductors, in cases of diffuse and specular reflection, can differ by an amount of the order of 17%. The dependence of the penetration depth of superconductors on the specularity parameter in the nonlocal limit is analogous to that obtained by Hartmann and Luttinger for the anomalous skin effect.
