Аннотация

The Josephson properties of pressure point contacts of Y1Ba2Cu3O7−x ceramics are investigated experimentally. It is shown that the Josephson properties of such contacts are preserved up to Tc of the contacts, which is close to liquid nitrogen temperatures for some samples investigated. Examination of the temperature dependence of the critical and excess currents permits a conclusion about the similarity of ceramic–ceramic pressure point contacts with S–N–S junctions.
