Peculiarities in the properties of ceramic Bi (Tl)–Sr (Ba)–Ca–Cu–O
Аннотация
The phase composition, phase structure, lattice parameters, thermal expansion coefficients, magnetic susceptibility, and electric resistivity of Bi and Tl ceramics were measured at temperatures between 5 and 293 K. The 2212 phase revealed an instability which was manifested in the relaxation of structural and thermodynamic characteristics induced by redistribution and ordering of oxygen atoms. Thermal expansion anisotropy may be observed in the basal plane of the 2212 phase of the Bi ceramic. The Tl ceramic is found to contain a new pseudotetragonal phase 2245 with the parameter c = 48.2 Å. According to the measurements of the ρ (T) dependence, this phase may become superconducting at T = 180 K.
