Аннотация

Temperature dependences of resistivity and magnetic susceptibility of highly resistive Ni–Cr–Fe alloys are investigated at 4.2–293 K. Resistivity minima are observed in the low-temperature region along with a decrease in magnetic susceptibility due to the transition to the spin glass state. The influence of the change in the magnetic state and of quantum interference effects of conduction electrons (including the electron–electron, electron–phonon and electron-magnon interactions) on resistivity is analyzed.
