Аннотация
Temperatures and angular dependences of the critical fields Hc2 have been measured in orthorhombic and superconducting tegragonal single crystals YBa2Cu3Ox. The peculiar features of resistive transitions and the shape of the angular dependences of Hc2 suggest that single crystals have a block-type structure. The nonlinearity ot the Hc2(T) dependence near Tc is found to be the more pronounced, the less perfect the single crystals.
