The effects of intramolecular vibrations in point-contact spectra of organic superconductor β-(BEDT–TTF)2I3
Аннотация
Point heterocontacts between a quasi-two-dimensional organic superconductor β-(BEDT–TTF)2I3 and a noble metal (copper, silver) are investigated, and current–voltage characteristics and their second derivatives are measured. The peak observed in the normal state on the second derivatives of current–voltage characteristics in the region of 50 meV is due to the interaction of charge carriers with intramolecular vibrations of BEDT–TTF (donor) in the organic metal. A transition to heterojunctions with a superconducting inclusion is observed at T = 4.2 K with increasing confining force between the electrodes. The values of the energy gap for the organic superconductor and the excess current of the heterojunctions are calculated.
