Аннотация
The effect of doping on the band structure and Néel temperature TN of metal-oxide compounds of the La2CuO4 type is investigated. A theoretical interpretation of the concentration dependence of TN based on the assumption that the electronic properties of such systems are determined mainly by the Cu–O plane is proposed. Theoretical results are compared with experimental data.
