Аннотация

Temperature dependences of the yield stress are measured in the temperature range 4.2–293 K and the components associated with the thermally activated motion of dislocations in the short-range fields of obstacles (τ*) are determined. The changes ΔτSN in the flow stress associated with the S–N transition are measured at 4.2 K. Numerical estimates of the relative values ΔτSN/τ* of the effect indicate that the thermoinertial mechanism makes a decisive contribution to the variation of yield stress in the case of superconducting transition.
