Аннотация

Temperature dependence of heat capacity, static and dynamic susceptibility of CsDy(MoO4)2 single crystals is studied in the temperature interval between 0.5 and 8 K. It is shown that the investigated crystal is a two-dimensional Ising magnetic with a high anisotropy. The contribution to the lattice heat capacity associated with the low-dimensional behavior of the crystal structure is determined. A 2D–3D crossover is observed below the magnetic phase transition temperature. The magnetic structure of the ordered phase is quite complicated with different signs of exchange interaction along different axes. A characteristic feature of the dynamic behavior of the magnetic system is the existence of anomalously large relaxation times along the c-axis.
