Аннотация
The results of measurements of low-temperature (1.5–20 K) heat capacity of HTS samples with successive substitution of metal atoms in different positions are presented. The experimentally observed anomalies can be attributed to a rearrangement of the electronic and magnetic subsystems. The Debye temperatures are calculated, and the boundary frequencies of the acoustic spectrum are evaluated for all the ceramics under investigation.
