Аннотация

A strengthening of the dynamic magnetoelectric bond in a magnetoelectric material with a ferroelectric domain wall (FE DW) is predicted. It is shown that FE DW induces a localized spin state with an energy near the bottom of the magnetic band. The generation of spin waves by FE DW oscillations is investigated in a varying uniform electric field.
