Аннотация
Dependence of the impedance of a layered conductor with quasi-two-dimensional electron energy spectrum on the incident wave polarization is studied theoretically. At certain orientations of the strong magnetic field H the penetration depth of the ac electric field along the normal n to the layers reveals narrow spikes as a function of the angle between the H and n vectors. Their experimental investigation will enable detailed analysis of the properties of electric-charge carrying elementary excitations in layered conductors.
