Аннотация
Complex investigations of yttrium-based HTS compounds containing 0<x <1.5 fluorine are investigated. Knight shift has been observed in 19F nuclei and may serve as a reliable indicator of fluorine in the crystal lattice of Y-based compounds. Fluorine was introduced into the compound by the method of solid phase diffusion by replacing a part of Y2O3 with YF3. Three samples of multiphase Y-based compounds have revealed a metastable superconducting state at a temperature of ∼240 K.
