Аннотация
The increase in the conductivity preceding the N–S transition has been studied experimentally in thallium-, bismuth-, and samarium-based ceramics, as well as yttrium ceramics with different types of substitution of elements. It is shown that the temperature range of N–S transition is divided into two parts. The first part corresponds to a lower temperature and is characterized by levitation and magnetic field dependence of the ceramic resistance, both these effects being manifested at the same temperature. The second part corresponds to higher temperature range and does not display these effects in spite of an anomalous increase in the conductivity of the ceramic.
