Аннотация

The Aharonov-Bohm effect is studied in conducting rings containing point-like attractive impurities. It is shown that the energies of electron bound states oscillate at an impurity as functions of the magnetic flux, the oscillation amplitude depending not only on the ring perimeter, but also on the position of the impurity in the ring. The cases of one and two impurities are investigated. It is found that the topological delocalization effect in a ring with a small number of channels is completely determined by the magnetic flux, while in a multichannel ring it depends on the boundary conditions on the rim.
