Аннотация

The dependences of Tc and dTc/dP on the concentration of Re and Nb impurities in Mo–Re and Mo–Re–Nb alloys are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The peak on the dTc/dP vs c dependence is attributed to an electron-topological transition (ETT) in these alloys. The equation proposed for the superconducting transition temperature in the presence of an ETT makes it possible to describe considerable changes in Tc of Mo under the action of impurities. The values of parameters characterizing the ETT in the systems under investigation are determined. It is shown that the ETT is responsible for the formation of a new electron group in the Mo–Re system under the effect of the Re impurity and its destruction in the Mo–Re–Nb system under the effect of the Nb impurity.
