Neutron energy response measurement of scintillation detectors

Аннотация

Neutron sensitivities of detectors composed of plastic scintillator ST401, ST1422, ST1423 and photomultipher tube in primary energy range of fission neutron are calibrated by direct current. The energy response curve of the detectors is obtained in this experiment. The experimental result has been compared with the theoretical calculation and they are in agreement within measuring uncertainty.
