Аннотация

The Compton diode (CD) whose thickness of medium can be changed is designed and pro duced, the CD has relative steady-state energy response for gamma-ray. This CD is less dependent gamma-ray energy spectrum, so uncertainty of measurement can be reduced when photon has different energy be measured absolutely. Photon energy between 0. 5MeV and 5MeV, the sensitivity of the CD changes less than 17% related to its average sensitivity, and compared with standard CD the sensitivity changes very small. Some research results are confirmed in cobalt source radiate field.
