Study on the Orientation and Transfer Technique of the Particle Containing Uranium

Based on the nuclear fission track technique,how to identify the particles containing uranium is a pivotal process after the thermal neutron irradiation.A non-replaced method to locate particles containing uranium have been developed by using the laser ablation instrument.It can make marks on the solid nuclear detector then the celloidin film containing particles need not be replaced on it. Meanwhile the uranium particles have been successfully transferred to the fila- ment by hand and their uranium isotopic composition have been measured by TIMS.
