Study on Tissue Culture in Vitro of Actinidia arguta

Аннотация

The optimal factors for reproduction and rooting from axillary bud culture in vitro of Actinidia arguta were studied.MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5mg/L and ZT 1.0mg/L was better for subculture and the monthly multiplication can reach 4.00 times.MS medium added IBA 0.2mg/L was better for rooting and the rooting rate of 87.0% was obtained.
