The Printing Technology of New Pigment Used on Cashmere Products

In this paper, we selected printofix pigment produced by Clariant to print the Cashmere fabric. The effect factors of rubbing fastness and handfeel in the printed fabric, such as baking temperature, baking time and the dosage of binder, thickener and fixing agent etc, were deeply analyzed by extensive experiments. Experiments show that this series of coatings and related agents can get better color rubbing fastness and handlefeel. Finally, we optimized the printing technology to achieve the desired color rubbing fastness and handfeel.
