Аннотация

Objective To evaluate the component analysis of dual-source CT dual-energy techniques in vivo for improving the success rate of breaking kidney stones by low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and reduce the complications after lithotripsy. Methods During 2010-2011, 80 cases of kidney stones cases are taken as a control group by estimating densities decided calyx stones extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy conditions and according to KUB plain film, retrospectively are also analyzed; we selected 80 cases from 2012 to 2013 calyx stones as experimental cases experimental group. we assess the conditions of the dual-energy CT component according to the results of lowenergy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy kidney stone, and compared the difference of the success rates in a gravel, the maximum operating voltage of the average, the number of bombardment, and the rates of complications for the experimental group and the control group. Resultslts The success rate of lithotripsy experimental group is higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.223, p=0.039); The maximum work voltage in Experimental group was less than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.001); the average value of 6-9KV bombardment segment operating voltage times in Experimental group is less than the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p0.05);The incidence of major complications in the experimental group is less than the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.579, p=0.032). Conclusion Conclusion Based on the results of component analysis to select the cases and to draft the protocol could significantly improve the success rate of kidney stones once gravel and reduce the complications of kidney stones, which is a new ways of individual low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy protocol and it is worth spreading.
