Effect of GA_3on Flowering Regulation of Forsythia suspensa(thunb)Vahl

Аннотация

Using different concentration of GA3treatment on in vitro Forsythia suspensa(thunb)Vahl branch,the effect of GA3on flowering regulation of Forsythia suspensa(thunb)Vahl was studied. The results showed that,treating with 500 mg/L,1 000 mg/L and 1 500 mg/L GA3,the flowering of Forsythia suspensa(thunb)Vahl advanced. Among them,the effect of 1 500 mg/L GA3treatment was the most significant,which could significantly improve the flowering rate,and promote the flowering date in advance about 90 days.
