Magnetic CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanoparticles decorated onto the surface of a MoS<sub>2</sub>-reduced graphene oxide (MoS<sub>2</sub>-rGO/CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>) nanocomposite were synthesized by a simple two-step hydrothermal method.
