Data Transmission Method on the Basis of Reinforcement Learning

This paper considers the issues of organizing the reliable data transmission over non-stationary discrete communication channels. An analysis of existing data transmission systems with feedback is carried out, with defining the shortcomings of existing mechanisms for determining the optimal data block length in data transmission systems with feedback. Data transmission method is developed based on reinforcement learning.
