Electrical Properties of Granular Silicon

In the work, the electrical properties of granular silicon in the temperature range of ~ 20 450 C were experimentally investigated. It is show that the temperature dependence of conductivity is associated with the location of the granule. The proposed considerations and the results obtained are of significant interest in the study of micro and nanocrystalline semiconductors.
