Аннотация

In the article it has been made diary’s analysis of the last Turkestan general-governor A. N. Kuropatkin dated by February — may 1917. The diary sheds the light the issues of Turkestan political history after 1917 like establishment of new rule, author’s position to Soviets and Provisional government, politics towards former administrators of the region, as well as author’s understanding of revolution and its ideas.
