Undoubtedly, the role of chloride in the gastric juice is important during the formation of some clinical options. However, this phenomenon can only be caused by GER. Therefore, the fact that the share of the importance of the reflux process in the pathogenesis of GERD is higher than that of the chloride acid does not require confirmation.
