Problems of Forming Legal Awareness and Improving the Legal Culture of Civil Servants: Current Status and Development Trends

Based on the foregoing, we consider it possible to state that the legal culture of civil servants should be characterized by a deep knowledge of the law, a correct understanding of its essence and purpose, the professional attitude of employees to the practice of applying laws, and, most importantly, their willingness and ability to comply with the requirements of the law in their practical activities.In other words, this is a high degree of mastery of legal knowledge and skills in the professional activities of a civil servant.
