Today it is important to study the history of the national intelligentsia of the Ferghana Valley of the late XIX -early XX centuries. A key feature of this period is that it encourages researchers to objectively shed light on the nature of historical events that were previously misunderstood and take on a responsible task, for example, revealing the truth about the past.
