Аннотация

The next step of technological evolution will be the advances in the nanotechnology, in other words, designing very small systems that can perform commands of people. Nanotechnology lets manipulating individual atoms or molecules of the matter and construct novel materials that could be used in designing new tools that simplifies human life. The theory and practice of designing the communication among nanoscale objects and formation of nanosensor networks draw attention of the scientific community in recent years. A nanosensor network is a new paradigm that allows nanomachines to connect each other using certain methods of communication mechanisms. This paper includes electromagnetic-based wireless nanosensor networks that formation and simulation methods are already suggested in many papers. Generally, the use of simple flooding in any network is the cause of excess rebroadcasts and collisions. Ultimately, existing these issues, decrease quality of service of a network, especially in context of energy consumption. In this paper, we worked on elimination of above-mentioned issues in wireless nanosensor networks by using counter-based scheme, wherein, average network throughput and latency rates got satisfactory marks. We have adapted counter-base scheme in context of wireless nanosensor networks and named it Efficient Flooding Algorithm. Simulations have been conducted in network simulator 3 and results show that the use of enhanced flooding outperforms the simple flooding mechanism.
