Role and Importance of Labor Potential in Construction Industry in the Modernization of the Economy of Uzbekistan

In modern conditions, construction in Uzbekistan should provide an adequate response to two challenges: an increase in the volume of reconstruction of facilities and accelerated urbanization. This means a significant increase in the human capital requirements of construction organizations. The formation of adequate human capital requires the use of innovative methods. The human capital of the industry in a number of organizations is not able to ensure the modernization of the economy. It is advisable to form a qualitatively new system of sustainable development of human capital in the construction industry of Uzbekistan, using modern innovative methods and forms of management.
