Аннотация

This work is based on a clinical and laboratory study of 87 patients and persons with disabilities who had knee arthroplasty surgery. The observation was carried out in the period after the operation from 6 months to 5 years from 2014 to 2019 in the clinic of the National Center for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics of Disabled. The results of a comprehensive study included: clinical (orthopedic, neurological), psychological, radiological, biomechanical, physiological examinations (electromyography, electrocardiography, dynamometry, physical, neuropsychiatric condition and change in working positions). Clear indicators have been developed for assessing the function of the limb after surgery, as well as the duration of recovery after surgery, and influence of the recovery of the function on the static and dynamic function has been studied.
