ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF CARRYING OUT OF ENDOGENOUS FLUOR PREVENTION OF DENTAL CARIES IN CHILDREN'S ORGANIZED INSTITUTIONS OF TASHKENT REGION

The paper presents the results of a study evaluating of the effectiveness of endogenous fluoride caries prevention developed by the authors of bottled fluoride-containing water (BFW) "Aqua dental" in 3-6 year old children in preschool educational institutions of the Almazar and Kibray districts of the Tashkent region. The endogenous use of BFW for the prevention of caries helps to improve the condition and quality of the oral fluid. It was found that endogenous fluoroprophylaxis leads to a decrease in the index of hygiene index from 12.30 to 17.76%, as well as to a decrease in the intensity and process of the development of the disease from 45.2 to 56.0%. Developed and used by the authors of BFV "Aqua dental", it is recommended for the effective use of endogenous fluoride prophylaxis of caries in organized kindergartens.
