Structural-Semantic, Communicative-Pragmatic Characteristics of the Hypotaxemes with if in English and its Uzbek Correspondences

The present article is devoted to the investigation of the structural-semantic, functional-stylistic and communicative pragmatic characteristics of the adverbial and non-adverbial clauses with if and its correspondences in Uzbek. Polyfunctional and polysemantic features of if and other subordinators with if ( asif, even if ) are shown.
