THE IMPORTANCE OF ENDOLARYNGEAL DRUGS IN THE TREATMENT OF COVID-19

The introduction of drugs into the trachea to improve the permeability of the bronchi and bronchioles during the transfer of oxygen from the external air of the lung tissue to the blood in the treatment of COVID-19, a disease caused by a single-stranded RNA storage virus, which is currently a global problem, we used the method. Our main goal is to reduce the production of mucous phlegm, which causes a short cough caused by itching of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, inflammation and oedema, in order to activate the part of the lungs that is not involved in breathing. When coronavirus toxins are present in small quantities due to paralysis of the nerve endings located in the bronchioles, they cause the accumulation of mucus in the bronchioles, mucous substances do not move to the bronchi, the bronchioles become spasmodic and do not participate in breathing. Achieving full involvement of the lung tissue in breathing prevents respiratory failure, does not lead to hypoxia in the tissues of the body, facilitates the course of the disease, there is no need for an excess of drugs, artificial oxygen. The patient recovers quickly. The goal is to ease the course of the disease Covid-19 in the patient, prevent respiratory failure, reduce swelling and inflammation of the airways, prevent bronchospasm and dramatically reduce mortality.
