Annotation. The article analyzes the main reasons for failures of ground pumps, which are poor-quality seals, imperfect design of the impeller mounting on the pump shaft and bearing units, as well as the angular location of the impeller blade of pumping equipment. The influence of the impeller parameters is studied. The methods of establishing the angle of the impeller blade are considered and the optimal variant of the angle of the impeller blade location is established, which can increase the productivity of the pumping unit.
